We’re back! Having kept in touch through the pandemic by zoom and email the FF are flourishing once more. Our monthly speaker evenings are loud and clear thanks to a recently acquired microphone while our speakers are fun and fascinating. We even enjoyed entertainment at our AGM thanks to Fenton Gray’s amusing songs, accompanied by Charles Miller on the piano.
Our speaker in May was Adrian Mills who appeared on That’s Life with Esther Rantzen for seven years until the show closed in 1994. Since then he has been in numerous TV shows and films and has currently reunited with Esther for a series of podcasts. His talk was full of amusing stories, gossip and laughter about his life treading the boards.
