The veteran actress Thelma Ruby, one of our Past Presidents, was interviewed for us by another Past President, the play-write David Wood. At the glorious age of 97 Thelma’s performing career spans seven even eight decades. As a versatile actress she has appeared in Shakespearean roles and musicals alongside greats like Judi Dench and Topol. And this summer she held her one-woman-show at the Pheasantry. A memorable evening for us all.
